These Terms describe the rules for using FanTron.

Use Of FanTron

FanTron lets fans join match rooms, view posts, and share photos, clips, and captions connected to scheduled matches.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account.

You must be at least 13 to use FanTron. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

User Content

You keep ownership of the photos, clips, captions, profile details, and other content you post.

By posting, you allow FanTron to host, display, resize, moderate, and share that content inside the app as needed to operate the service.

Media Rights

You must own, control, or have permission to upload the photos, clips, captions, and other media you post.

You are responsible for getting any required permission from people shown or heard in your content.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account from Settings in the FanTron app.

Deletion removes your account, profile, posts, uploaded media, captions, and account relationships from active app systems unless FanTron must retain limited information for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Location And Stadium Context

FanTron may use location signals to determine whether a post was created within about 0.5 mile of a match stadium and tag the post with stadium or everywhere context.

Brackets

FanTron brackets are for entertainment and recreational use only.

Brackets are not gambling, no purchase is required to create or submit a bracket, and nothing is purchased through the app to take part in bracket features.

Acceptable Use

Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, graphically violent, misleading, spam, infringing, or invasive of another person’s privacy.

Reporting, Blocking, And Moderation

Users can report posts or profiles and can block other users.

FanTron may review reports, filter or hide objectionable content, remove content, limit access, block accounts, or remove accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on FanTron infringes your copyright or other rights, contact the email above with enough detail to identify the content and explain your claim.

Sports Data

Match schedules, scores, times, and status information may come from third-party sports data services.

Sports data may be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed without notice.

No Affiliation

FanTron is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, the World Cup, teams, leagues, venues, Apple, Google, Supabase, API-Football, or any other third party unless FanTron clearly says otherwise.

Service Changes

FanTron may change, pause, or discontinue features as the app evolves.

Changes To These Terms

FanTron may update these Terms as the app changes. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date.
