What To Include


For account, login, posting, bracket, or technical issues related to the FanTron mobile app solutions, please include:


- Your FanTron username

- The email address used for your account, if relevant

- A short description of what happened

- The match room or screen where the issue occurred

- Screenshots or screen recordings, if helpful


Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information.


Safety, Reports, And Blocking


FanTron includes in-app reporting for posts and user profiles. You can report objectionable content directly from the post or profile menu, and you can block users from their profile. Blocked users can be managed in Settings.


For urgent safety concerns or moderation questions, please use the support contact email provided above.


Account And Data Deletion


You can delete your account in the FanTron app from Settings. Account deletion removes your account, profile, posts, uploaded media, captions, and account relationships from active app systems unless limited retention is required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
